25 Miles: RIDE FOR FUN. Through flat valley lands and a few rolling hills, the 25-mile route passes oak woodlands, pear orchards, and, of course, Sonoma’s worldrenowned wineries. 500 feet of elevation gained and lost.

65 Miles/100 Km: RIDE THE VALLEY. On our metriccentury route, you’ll pedal past picturesque vineyards, along the Russian River, and over the historic Wohler Bridge. 3,100 feet of elevation gained and lost.

100 Miles: RIDE A CENTURY. This century-ride route heads west from Trentadue to reveal stunning panoramic views of the ocean, before turning inland along the Russian River, where you’ll pass towering redwoods, sleepy little towns and more of Sonoma’s vineyards. 5,500 feet of elevation gained and lost.

All routes include rest stops stocked with cycling appropriate foods. Roads are marked to international standards with spray chalk.

Safety volunteers are posted along the way, and SAG wagons rove the routes to help with directions, inspiration, repairs, food, drink, or if necessary, a ride.

10-mile/Trail: This route starts at Sonoma Wine Company in Graton, and is an out-and-back ride along the carfree West County Regional Trail. It is well protected and as flat as it gets in the Bay Area – the setting ideal for many riders. After finishing your ride you are invited to join in the celebration at Trentadue Winery where lunch, a massage, and wine tasting await you.

25-mile: This route starts at Trentadue Winery. It has been planned to be a thoroughly enjoyable ride and takes into account the extra safety considerations for hand cyclists. In the second half of the ride you will share the road with the metric and century riders cheering each other on. Lunch, a massage, and wine tasting await you at Trentadue Winery.

65-mile/100 km: The metric century route departs from Trentadue Winery, and heads over to West Dry Creek. You'll shoot south down Westside Road, pausing at the Wohler Bridge rest stop if you choose. You'll head west on River Rd. to Guerneville, where you'll turn left to pedal Green Valley and Mays Canyon roads, narrow, beautiful, wooded routes with two steep, short climbs. Your second rest stop is in Graton. From Graton, you’ll have the option to share part of the route with the Trail Riders or keep to the roads as you head back to the north. Your third stop is again at Wohler Bridge. Then it's up to West Dry Creek Road, a little-traveled, gorgeous route through some of the finest vineyards in the world, returning home over Lambert Bridge and Lytton Springs Road. Lunch, a massage, and wine tasting await you at Trentadue Winery.

100-mile: The century ride leaves Trentadue Winery and also heads over to West Dry Creek. You'll shoot south down Westside Road, pausing at the Wohler Bridge rest stop if you choose. You'll head west on River Road to Guerneville, where you'll turn left to pedal Green Valley and Mays Canyon roads, narrow, beautiful, wooded routes with two steep, short climbs. Your second rest stop is in Graton. Next you make a one-mile climb into Occidental, and then it's a climb up Coleman Valley Rd. (about 1,000 feet over four+ miles), another spectacular road with very little traffic. Once at the top, your serious climbing is finished for the day. Now you'll revel in several miles of perfect rollers with stunning views out over the Pacific Ocean. Then you'll plunge down to the Pacific Coast Highway, turn north, roll up to the mouth of the Russian River. After your third rest at Duncans Mills, you've got about 40 miles of rolling country to go. You'll ride up the Russian River Valley and then turn north to travel up the west side of the Dry Creek region, turning right on Lytton Springs road and returning to Trentadue Winery, where your lunch, massage, and wine tasting await you.
