Make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) from your IRA
BORP can receive QCDs (Qualified Charitable from your IRA. Just provide the following information to the institution managing your IRA:
- The amount of your intended gift
- BORP’s mailing address: BORP Adaptive Sports and Recreation, 3075 Adeline Street, Berkeley, CA 94703
- BORP’s letter of tax-exempt status which can be downloaded HERE.
Double Your Impact with Company Matching Gifts

Make a Bequest
You can include BORP in your will, trust or other estate planning with a bequest to the BORP Legacy Society. Your gift will safeguard BORP programming and enrich the lives of children, youth and adults with physical disabilities and vision impairments for many years to come.
Planning your gift can be as simple as including BORP in your will or trust, or making BORP the beneficiary of a portion of your retirement savings plan or life insurance policy. Many of these giving options have attractive tax advantages.
You can consult with your financial advisor to discuss the full range of planned giving options. BORP can also offer advice to help you develop a plan that best fits your wish to support our work.
